摘要
A new Manual for Condition Evaluation and Load and Resistance Factor Raring of Highway Bridges is being developed. New fatigue-life evaluation procedures for existing steel bridges combine aspects of the Guide Specifications for Fatigue Evaluation of Existing Steel Bridges and the fatigue design procedures of the LRFD Bridge Design Specifications. Highlights are described herein.
