摘要
This study is focused on the method of silicon nitride whiskers preparation by carbothermic reduction and nitridation of silica fume, formed in the production of Fe-Si alloys for steelmaking, in N-2/NH3 atmosphere, as well as the influence of impurities on whiskers growth.
