摘要：
Based on the current situation of collaboration innovations among enterprises, colleges and R&D institutions, the composition of the transaction cost occurred in such typical collaboration innovations and its features have been analyzed by means of transaction cost theories. The countermeasures of reducing the transaction cost are put forward.
