Structure and magnetic properties of (Co80Ni20)1-xNx nanocrystalline films produced by magnetron deposition

摘要
Nanocrystalline films of a (Co80Ni20)(1-x)N-x alloy (x = 0.2-0.5) with a thickness of about similar to1000 Angstrom were produced by magnetron deposition in an Ar + N-2 atmosphere and subjected to thermal annealing. A comparative analysis of the saturation magnetization M-s, coercive force H-c, and phase composition made it possible to establish the sequence of structural states realized, in these alloys in the course of thermal relaxation.
