摘要：

If the flag curvature of a Finsler manifold reduces to sectional curvature, then the manifold can be decomposed into two parts, one part is of isotropic flag curvature and the other part is an open subset on which the metric is Riemannian. Moreover, if the sectional flag curvature is negative, then the manifold is Riemannian.
