摘要：
We frame our use of nonlinear dynamic techniques historically, and show how evidence of phase synchronization between different lamprey motor roots is investigated using a mutual information measure. We also demonstrate a new approach for symbolically representing time series in terms of generic periodic points with an example. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. Ail rights reserved.
