摘要：

This study sought to analyze the success factors present in strategic partnerships between buyers and suppliers of specialty coffees, based on the dimensions of Monczka et al. (1998) conceptual model: (i) partnership attributes; (ii) communication behavior; (iii) conflict resolution techniques; and, (iv) the process of selecting products and suppliers. For this, a qualitative approach was used, with support of the content analysis, and a quantitative one using descriptive statistics and factorial analysis and regression. It was possible to verify that the successful partnerships are related to the model factors, to a greater or less degree.
