摘要
To adapt to the CNC machine high precision, high quality, high reliability requirements, This article designed NC machine tool control system with application of Lon-works technology. The hardware design method of input module and sensor interface, output module and the stepper motor interface in the system are introduced. This kind of control system rely on its core technology neural chip that based on Lon-works technology can realize the work-piece precision machining. It can be applied to different types of CNC machine tools and will make up for the deficiency of the traditional NC machine tool by PLC control.
