摘要
Cynomolgus macaques (Macaca fascicularis,Mafa) have emerged as important animal models for biomedical research, necessitating a more extensive characterization of their major histocompatibility complex polymorphic regions. Here, we report the identification of two novel Mafa-A2 and one novel Mafa-A4 alleles of Vietnam-origin cynomolgus macaque. These results may have important implications in animal selection for biomedical research.
