Based on the researches on employability from home and abroad, the paper employs interview analytical methods to construct 16 employability key categories of enterprises' first-line managers, and design employability scales based on the above to perform investigation on the enterprises' first-line managers, and utilizes SPSS18.0 statistical software to perform analysis; one the one hand, the paper verifies and judges the reasonability of category structures and the major category classification; on the other hand, the paper studies and analyzes the subjects' assessment on the importance degree of first-line managers' 16 employability importance categories from broader scope.
