摘要
Greenhouse gas emissions have significantly altered global climate with extreme weather events occur frequently. Climate change brings the serious uncertainty to people's life and property safety, enterprise production and business operation activities and social economic development. When climate risk caused the wide attention of the world, this paper analyzed the risk management of climate change through literature mining and gained the research road, hotspots, and future trend of climate risk. Conventional risk management stimulus - response type and current adaptive collaborative risk management were analyzed in detail, and risk management framework was built under the current situation. Climate risk management is not a clear solution but a dynamic planning following the climate changes. And we talked about the practical action of physical adaptation, technical adaptation and institutional adaptation to enhance the adaptation capacity.
