摘要
The present systematic review aims to determine the evidence of the impact of psychosocial characteristics of organizations on workers health. Materials and Methods: The review of Literature was conducted using the systematic search of the database sources PUBMED and GOOGLE, using PRISMA Checklist and Flow Diagram. Results and Discussions: There were few studies concerning cause-effect relationship between psychosocial characteristics of organizations and workers health. Conclusions: Further studies are needed to assess the impact of psychosocial characteristics on workers health.
