摘要
The relationship between law and literature is a contemporary problem that has been the subject of various authors such as Ronald Dworkin, Richard Posner or Martha Nussbaum. Despite the different approaches that each author has contributed to the relationship, what is relevant about it is that it is possible to analyse the law from a transversal approach, for this reason the present work aims to analyse the usefulness of the literature in the integral formation of jurists in Colombia. To fulfil this objective, it will start from the following hypothesis, address discussions about the relationship between law and literature, promoting a critical training of law students, approaching them to problems that are not treatable from the traditional approach of legal pedagogy proposed by formalism legal as are the phenomenon of legal indeterminacy. Thus, this work will address the relationship between law and literature, and then focus on the relative issues of legal pedagogy models in Colombia, and then analyse the usefulness of literature in the academic training of lawyers.
