摘要
In this paper, it used Jack software to create static simulation environment for hand-held grinding operation workers, who work in different working posture and with different hand loads, workers can work in stand working or squat posture, and hand load is 1.5, 2.0 or 2.3 kg, which is the weight of angle grinder. We analysed hand-held grinding operation by using the lower back analysis tool, static strength prediction tool, fatigue recovery tool and ovako working posture analysis tool in Jack, compared the results of low back compression force, percent capable, recovery time needed and working posture evaluation and so on. The results show that stand working posture should use to the hand-held grinding operation worker, and the weight of angle grinder is smaller, the result is better.
