摘要
This paper reports on a LTCC (Low-Temperature Cofired Ceran-dcs) Q band waveguide duplexer. It is designed and optimized applying a segmented approach combining an hybrid method coupling EM simulations and circuit analyses. Filter experimental behavior validates LTCC for Q band application. Duplexer theoretical performances are encouraging and validate the principle of feasibility.
