摘要
as we all know India in developing day by day not only economically but also technically. But due to increase in technology, road fatalities are also increasing. Nearly one lakh fifty thousand people are facing death in accidents every year in India. Some are due to carelessness of the drivers and most of them are due to poor emergency facilities. Our proposed project introduces a system which will provide fastest help to the victim in time. Our system in the vehicle would detect the accident using the vibration sensors, then detect the longitudinal and latitudinal location of the accident spot using GPS and send an alert message to the ambulance or nearby hospitals using GSM modem. As the message is received by the ambulance it will get the shortest path to the spot through a http link for location and at the same time it will activate the RF transmitter which will be received by all the traffic signals in between the accident spot and the ambulance. This will manage the traffic congestion for ambulance and help saving lives of many accident victims.
