摘要
As a new administration mode of construction industry, supply chain management can not only improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises, increase the profits, but also bring some risks. Thus how to identify, analyze and management these risks have been very important problems. In this paper, the basic theory of construction supply chain is introduced, the risks of construction supply chain are analyzed and the evaluation index system is designed based on the Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracting mode. The paper also puts forward a risks evaluation model based on the information entropy and the unascertained measure theory. It can give some beneficial references for the risks study of construction supply chain and improving the performance of the construction related enterprises.
