摘要：

Since twenty-first Century, the public sector and the private sector to change unpredictably domestic and international environment, strategic change management is particularly important. This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the management of strategic change in the private sector and the public sector, and the relationship between the two, and try to propose the strategy of promoting the coordinated development of the public and private sectors. For solving the problems in the public sector (government) and the private sector (enterprises), the public sector to take better organizational performance, so that the private sector to improve efficiency and enhance the management level have a certain reference value.
