摘要：

CsF-Celite catalyzes the ring opening of epoxide with thiols under mild reaction condition and affords the corresponding beta-hydroxysulfides in excellent yield. The ring opening is regioselective with nucleophilic incorporation at the less hindered carbon atom of epoxide. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
