摘要
In a competitive industrial environment the most significant goal of almost all production systems is to reach optimal performance at the lowest costs. Being aware that the production system's availability is the key to do that, however many of them miss the availability road ignoring which is the right maintenance approach and responsible part for maintenance problems and interactions management within the 21st century circumstances. In this paper we define the main leading part as an interactive function "maintenance logistics" that takes into consideration the lean/green challenge to deal with the general industrial constraints and the main maintenance problems as presented in the 10 case studies analysis regarding the sustainable development framework. We also propose a sustainable model to manage maintenance interactions and solve the daily Human-Machine conflicts using participatory management and lean alternatives.
