Giant magneto-impedance effect in amorphous and current annealed Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 wire

摘要
The magneto-impedance (MI) effect in amorphous and current annealed Fe-73.5 Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 wires has been measured to investigate the influence of DC annealing, highcurrent-density electropulsing annealing and tensile stress applied during annealing process. The results showed that the MI of DC annealed sample exhibits a sharp maximum. The Maximum MI ratio of 60 % was observed in the sample of high-current-density electropulsing annealed under applied tensile stress.
