摘要
In this paper, we focus on the effect of DC magnetic biasing on the winding loss and temperature rise of power transformer. A large three-phase five-column transformer is studied and its 3D model is built. The field-circuit coupled method is used to research the relationship between the winding loss and DC magnetic biasing current. According to the above winding loss and the fluid field in the power transformer, the temperature distributions in the power transformer and the temperature rise are then obtained. The calculation method proposed in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the structure optimization and the local over-heating suppression.
