摘要：

To overcome the drawbacks of traditional methodologies, this paper propose applying Object Oriented Technology (OOT) in the development of the power system package named SHABAKA. Modem power systems have grown both in size and complexity. The OOT approach has proven to be immensely useful in building systems involving all degrees of size and complexity.
