摘要
The presentation includes description of the concept, its formalization, the use of the experimental data, as well as methods of modeling and designing knowledge-based decision support systems based on self-adjusting and dynamic models that can be utilized in developing of knowledge-based information technology products for environmental engineering. The proposed models have been placed within a practicable setting of fuzzy sets philosophy and a feedback structure of project management.
