摘要
Some new 2-((4-((1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methyl)piperazin-1-yl)methyl)benzo[d] oxazoles (4a-j) were synthesized through Cu(I) catalyzed [3+2] cycloaddition reaction between 2-((4-(prop-2-yn-1-yl)piperazin-1-yl)methyl)benzo[d]oxazole (3) and several aryl azides. The in vitro anticancer and antibacterial activities evaluation revealed that compounds 4g, 4f, and 4d possess good activities, whereas the remaining compounds are associated with moderate to low activities.
