摘要：
The complete mitochondrial genome of Kingdonella bicollina, which was collected from the Tibetan Plateau, is determined here. It is 15,630bp in length and contains 75.6% AT. All 13 mitochondrial PCGs share the start codon ATN, except for cox1 (CCG start codon). The termination codons include TAA, TAG and T. All tRNA genes could be folded into the typical cloverleaf secondary structure, except trnS(AGN) lacking of dihydrouridine arm. The sizes of the large and small ribosomal RNA genes are 1312 and 859bp, respectively. The A+T-rich region is 739bp in length contains 79.7% AT content.
