摘要
This paper has put forward a comprehensive assessment model of the emergency management capability of the coal mine accidents which is based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and has made an empirical analysis. Firstly, the meaning and the key contents of the emergency management capability of coal mine accidents was elaborated. Secondly, the comprehensive evaluation index system of coal mine accidents' emergency management capability was established. And then, the first class index weights were determined by AHP. Finally, this paper made a comprehensive evaluation of a certain region's emergency management capability of coal mine accidents by means of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
