摘要：
Linocarpon bambusicola sp. nov. is described from submerged bamboo stems collected from a stream in the Philippines. It is described, illustrated and compared with similar species. Dictyochaeta curvispora sp. nov., covering the ascomata of Linocarpon bambusicola is also described and illustrated.
