摘要：
The promotion of enterprises to become the main body of technological innovation, and the capability of independent innovation enhancement, are the issues of promoting innovative enterprises in Fujian province. Based on the national spirit and the actual condition of Fujian, we construct evaluation index system about innovative enterprises in Fujian Province, using principal component analysis, and conducting the evaluation of sub-categories about the first experimental units of innovative enterprises in Fujian Province. Through the quantitative analysis, it is not only beneficial for us to have a rough understanding of enterprises' innovation activities, but also beneficial for the. government to provide these enterprises with the help and guidance in the future.
