摘要
Ten-year results from the research of relationship of gappiness in stand and four-year results from quantification of the effect of spacings on the yield and quality of sugar beet cultivated at a row spacing of 450 mm were evaluated using the stochastic model. For a lot of combinations of variables (field emergence rate varies from 0 to 100%, spacing 120 to 210 mm), the results are presented graphically (percentage to the yield of sugar and refined sugar of complete stand of singled to 250 mm). It can be seen from the pattern of curves (Figs 1 and 2) that for example, at emergence rate of 40% and spacing of 120 and 210 mm the decrease in sugar yield by 13 and 28% can be expected. In addition, Tab. I presents sugar yields for spacings of 120, 150, 180 and 210 mm at emergence rates of 65, 70, 75 and 80% and proportions of gappiness and overdensity of stand on yield depression.
