摘要
In the multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems, the existence of multiple access interference affects the performance of multi-user communication. In this thesis, the PSO strategy was applied to the search process of MUD based on the fact that MUD can be viewed as a combinatorial optimization problem. Comparing the corresponding relation between the fitness function of PSO and the object function of MUD, one multi-user detector based on PSO was proposed. This algorithm has the advantages of simple concept, easily achievable and fast convergence speed. The simulation results have shown that the above detector is much efficient than MMSE in the detection performance. These open up new avenues to study the MIMO-OFDM multiuser detection.
