摘要
Differential cross sections have been measured for vibrationally elastic scattering of electrons from ozone molecules at incident electron energies from 2 eV to 10 eV in the angular range from 20degrees to 120degrees. Absolute values of the differential cross sections have been obtained by means of the relative flow method. Integral and momentum transfer cross sections have been derived from the measured data by extrapolating to 0degrees and 180degrees scattering angles. Comparison was made between the present measurements and those from other experiments and theoretical calculations.
