摘要
Executive coaching is meant to inspire leaders or top management with the view to get and implement behavioral changings upon the people around, meant to generate the improvement of the organization performances and the performance of the activity within this one. The executive and managers from all organizatoric levels face important challenges because of the informational technology impact, increasing competition, re-dimensioning customers 'requirements and last but not the least, because of the challenges associated with the more and more diverse decisional process. This context has triggered the increase of the executive coaching need along with the necessity of understanding the phenomena at psychodynamic level, at the same time with the necessity of developing and managing the factors that can influence the organization at least from organizatoric point of view, with the view to getting the desired performances.
