摘要
The operation system of oil tanker berthing and handling is complicated. Once oil spill accident occurs, consequences are beyond measure. The bow-tie model is established to have a comprehensive analysis of the causes and consequences of the oil spill during the operation of tanker berthing and handling. The fault tree analysis is applied to analyze the risk factors associated with oil spill, while the event tree analysis is used to analyze the consequences that might happen. The oil spill likelihood of oil tanker berthing and handling operation is obtained by combining the fuzzy set theory with expert evaluation. The weight values of oil spill consequences are determined by the analytic hierarchy process. The risk values of oil spill events are calculated by the matrix multiplication. The research enriches the theoretical research on the safety management of oil terminals, providing reference for the risk management of oil tanker berthing and handling operation.
