摘要
We describe gigabit-per-second wireless communication systems that use millimeter-wave (MMW) photonics techniques for the generation, amplification, modulation and emission of MMW signals. By using these MMW photonics techniques, we have developed a wireless communication system that uses a carrier frequency of more than 100 GHz and can transmit wireless data at rates of 3.0 Gbit/s.
