摘要：

By means of further analyzing the failing process and the features of the failure form and the hysteretic curves of specimens concerned, a three-linear model of restoring force of frame-shear wall stories and brick-masonry stories of brick masonry building with frame-shear wall structure at lower stories and some formulas for calculating the characteristic value have been presented. The results of numerical analysis and shaking-table test of three 1/6 scale models as well as the results of numerical analysis of three prototypes of masonry building with frame-shear wall structure at lower stories are given to verify the suggestion in the paper.
