摘要：

The construction of an innovation and entrepreneurship education system is of great significance to the undergraduate education reform of independent colleges in China. On the basis of understanding the connotation and necessities of innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper analyses the existing problems of strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education in independent colleges at present by taking Tianjin University of Finance and Economics Pearl River College as an example. The author makes a preliminary study and exploration on how to construct an innovation and entrepreneurship education system. This paper may provide references on researches of innovation and entrepreneurship education in other independent colleges.
