摘要：
The interaction between leucine dipeptide and calf thymus DNA was studied by using IN spectra and fluorescence spectra. The results suggested that the absorption spectra of Leu-Leu-DNA system show hypochromicity compared with the absorption of pure CT-DNA and the fluorescence intensity of EB-DNA decreasing regularly after addition Leu-Leu, which showed that Leu-Leu could intercact with ct-DNA. The binding constant K of Leu-Leu to DNA was 1.28x10(4) L.mol(-1) calcul-ated from the data of UV experiment, and the fluorescence spectroscopy experiment data gave the K value as 3.83x10(4) L.mol(-1) by Scatchard equation, showing good consistent with the result from UV experiment.
