摘要:
The Cost Deviation principle is applied to construction projects area to analyze construction projects' cost deviation and schedule deviation. While the cost data, cost deviation and schedule deviation calculated by conventional methods based on the principle do. not conform to their factual meanings when the work quantities performed is not equal to the work quantities in plan. This article puts forward new methods to calculate the cost and schedule deviation analysis for on-going construction projects and accomplished construction projects when the total quantities changes through study on possible occurrences of the total quantities during the building process systematically. These methods can solve different problems for the application of cost deviation analysis to construction projects area based on the essential principal, which makes significant implication to controlling construction projects cost efficiently.
