Improved design of dust remover system in wood-based panel sanding section

摘要
Technological reformation was taken in sanding section of Guangxi Gaofeng Rongzhou Wood-based Panel Co., Ltd, such as that two sets of sanding machines shared the same dust remover blower, and air pipelines were modified according to the required air volume of the sanding machine aspiration mouth, and roots blower was chosen (pressurization air supply system) instead of M9-19N013 blower and so on. The results showed that the technical reformation cost of equipment was 480,000 Yuan, but, the improved system could meet the requirements of dust collection and make the dust remover system greatly simplify in sanding section. Compared with the original system, the improved system could save electricity bills 384,500 Yuan and maintenance charge 114,000 Yuan per year, totaling 498,500 Yuan per year. And it was seen that the technological reformation cost of equipment could be taken back in 1 year.
