摘要
The electromagnetic field amplification constant in the scattering of the nonrelativistic electrons by ions in the elliptically polarized light wave is theoretically studied for any intensities for which radiation amplification takes place. The anomalous amplification effect in the moderate-strong electromagnetic field is predicted. This effect results in to increase of the Bunkin-Fedorov quantum parameter Lip to quantities of order gamma(i) similar to 10(3). The anomalous amplification effect is exhibited for linear polarization of a wave the most brightly.
