摘要：

In article the way of creation of the automated system managing the process of liquidation of consequences of an extreme situation is considered. Work of the central module of the system is based on use of the genetic algorithm which carries out search of the optimum variants of the plan of realization of the salvage operations And the recovery works. The brief description of the structure and the features of the genetic algorithm and the other elements of the system participating in process of the optimization is given.
