摘要
This main purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of health-promoting lifestyle, quality of life, and occupational burnout of workers in the food and beverage (F&B) industry. It further analyzes the differences among the three factors, and discusses the relationships between the three factors, as well as whether there is a mediating effect of quality of life on a health-promoting lifestyle and occupational burnout. A questionnaire survey was conducted on F&B industry workers in the greater Taipei region. A total of 360 questionnaires were distributed, and 338 were retrieved. After deleting the 7 invalid samples, there were 331 valid samples, with a valid return rate of 93.8%. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, regression analysis, and structural equation. The conclusions are reached as follows: 1. F&B industry workers have a moderate health-promoting life style, upper-middle level of quality of life, and medium level of occupational burnout. 2. There is a positive relationship between a health-promoting lifestyle and quality of life, a negative relationship between quality of life and occupational burnout, and a negative relationship between a health-promoting lifestyle and quality of life. 3. Quality of life has a mediating effect on a health-promoting lifestyle and occupational burnout.
