A method of speedy evaluation of cost of civil engineering based on BP neural network

摘要
The paper analyses factors that affect the cost of civil engineering project, and puts forward two models of civil engineering project, one of which is a qualitative model, and another is a quantitative model. Based on the two models, a method of BP neural network used for speedy cost evaluating of civil engineering project is put forward. The BP neural network model is trained by 18 samples obtained from some typical civil engineering projects, and 2 new projects are used for verifying the model. It is proved the method is practical and reliable.
