This paper focuses on headquarters' location of Chinese private-owned firms. Many factors have influences on decision-making when locating or moving headquarters for private-owned firms. Basing on clustering strategy, there are several advantages for private-owned firms conglomerating in a same place or nearly. These benefits can be argued from perspectives of cost, differentiation, marketing, expansion, technology innovation and human resource.
