摘要
Alloys of the Pt-V system between 0 and 11 at.% V have been investigated by X-ray scattering. The variation of lattice parameter with the nominal chemical composition was measured. The results show that the solute concentration in the range of 0-11 at.%V can be precisely determined by the X-ray scattering technique. (C) 2009 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
