Temperature distribution in a continuous fluid flow heated by a Pulsed Electric Field

摘要
Different physical quantitive observations are presented for water flowing continuously through a Pulsed Electric Field chamber with a volume of 2 cm(3) The effects of flow, pressure, voltage and pulse frequentie on temperatures measured at different locations, and on the occurrence of partial discharges is reported. Results are presented for the most commonly used cofield geometry, with the electric field and flow directions parallel to one another.
