摘要：

This paper applies the core concept of Agent to supply chain risk management based on Agent theory with technology. Beginning with the definition of supply chain risk management, Agent theory with technology will be analyzed, the appliance of it in the supply chain risk management will be discussed, and finally the model of supply chain risk management will be proposed based on Agent.
