摘要:
Effect of heat treatment and Ce additive on the plateau property of Ti32Cr46V22 BCC alloy was studied. Heat treatment is useful way to make the plateau slope comparatively flatter due to the homogenization of microstructure, and Ce additive further improves the flatness of plateau and enlarges the hydrogen capacity because of both homogenizing of composition and lowering the oxygen concentration. The heat-treated Ti32Cr46V22Ce0.4 alloy with hydrogenation capacity of 3.65 wt% can release 2.00 and 2.52 wt% hydrogen at 298 and 343 K and the pressure of 0.1 MPa, respectively.
