Studies on Gymnopus sect. Impudicae (Omphalotaceae, Agaricales) from Northern Brazil: two new species and notes on G. montagnei

摘要
Two new species of Gymnopus (G. atlanticus and G. talisiae) from Northeast Brazil and the neotropical G. montagnei are described, illustrated and treated here under a polyphasic taxonomical perspective. According to our phylogenetic analyses (ITS rDNA), sequences of these three species grouped with other taxa of Gymnopus sect. Impudicae, forming a well-supported monophyletic clade. These results confirm the placement of the treated species within Gymnopus sect. Impudicae, as well as suggesting that this section represents a natural and monophyletic group, with its morphological limits, however, in a need of re-evaluation.
